Surprise and delight with semitransparent layers to enhance texture. Coatings are designed to be used alone or mixed with other colored coatings or with Tommy Art mineral colors. They are easily removed when wet, and easily sanded when dry. The coatings come in five different colors which are used for transparent and semi-transparent effects.
